I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.

I only accept payment via paypal. All prices are in euros.

I will only start working on a commission after I've received all the necessary files and the invoice has been paid in full. Payment is always upfront.

Prices are non-negotiable.

If you have to cancel the commission after I’ve started working on it, the amount of money that will be refunded will depend on the amount of work I’ve already done.

Please make sure that all the lines you send me are final. I do not accept retakes.

Please be patient and wait for me to update you. If you don’t hear anything from me for over 2 weeks, then you’re free to ask me for an update!

Right now, I will only work on 1 commission at a time to avoid taking on too much work all at once. If I'm already working on another commission by the time you send in a request, I will give you the option to be put on a waitlist. Due to this, I may not be able to accept commissions with a hard deadline for the time being.

If you're put on the waitlist, you won't have to pay anything until I'm ready to officially accept and get started on your commission. You are free to request to be removed from the waitlist at any time.

The estimated turnaround time (for full mixes) for solos is 1-2 weeks, for duets and trios 2-3 weeks, and for choruses 1-2 months. However, it might end up taking longer depending on the exact number of vocalists and tracks and the complexity of the mix.

Because I do not allow any modifications to be made to my mixes, I will not share stems nor the project file. I am willing to share the unmixed tuned and timed lines upon request.

If I send you the files using Google Drive, the files will stay up for at least a week. After that, I might delete them if I need to free up space. Please keep this in mind and make sure to download all the files within that week to avoid losing anything.

I will not make any more revisions after the commission has officially been completed. Please make sure you are truly happy with the results before giving the ok!

I will not keep the project file after the commission has been completed. I might keep the wav and mp3 files, but I am not obligated to do so.

Send your vocal tracks in mono, 44.1kHz or 48kHz, .wav format.

Upload all files into a folder in google drive, dropbox, or any other source.

Make sure to upload the off vocal (unmastered if possible) and the on vocal as well.

Divide your lines into mains, harms, adlibs, etc. Make sure to separate overlapping lines.

Please do not send me each line separately; make sure that each track is a continuous track with all the lines properly lined up under the instrumental.

Avoid clipping and background noise as much as possible.

Please do not remove noise or apply any effects to your lines by yourself.

Please name your files clearly and make sure it includes your name, the song title and which track it is. For example: "Yuri - Song Title - mains" or "Yuri - Song Title - harms" etc.

This is not required, but I recommend recording doubles for all harmonies. This will help make the mix sound fuller and wider!
